Free Growth Lock™ Audit
Find Out What's Actually Holding Growth Back
It's free. Not "free consultation that turns into a 45-minute sales pitch" free. Actually free. You bring the numbers. We help you figure out where the system is breaking.
Somewhere in your business, money is probably leaking.
Maybe ad spend is buying clicks that never turn into calls. Maybe leads hit the CRM and quietly die there. Maybe sales says the leads suck. Maybe marketing says sales isn't following up. Maybe three vendors are all reporting wins while revenue somehow stays flat.
That's the problem with disconnected growth systems. Everybody can be doing their job. And the business can still lose.
The Growth Lock™ Audit finds the constraint. Then we show you what should be fixed first.
What Actually Happens on the Call
1. Before the Call
You book a time and answer a few short questions. Nothing painful. We just don't want to waste the first ten minutes asking: "So… tell me about your business."
If you have reports, numbers, ad accounts, dashboards, CRM data, or vendor summaries, bring them. If you don't? Come anyway. Messy data is still data. And sometimes the mess is the finding.
2. On the Call
We look at the system behind the results. That can include:
- Marketing channels
- Lead generation
- Advertising
- SEO
- Your website
- Sales handoffs
- Response time
- Follow-up
- CRM usage
- Vendor performance
- Reporting
- Attribution
- Pipeline
- Close rate
- Average job or deal size
We ask the questions your reports usually don't. Where are the leads coming from? Who owns them when they arrive? How fast are they contacted? What happens after the first attempt? Which channels produce actual revenue? Which vendors are being measured against the same scoreboard? And where does the whole thing quietly fall apart?
3. At the End
You get the diagnosis. Not a vague: "You should really invest more in marketing."
We'll show you the constraint we believe is holding performance back, the evidence behind it, and what we'd fix first. Then second. Then third.
If we think Growth Keys™ can help, we'll explain how. If we think you don't need us? We'll say that too.
Yes, that occasionally costs us money. We've decided to survive somehow.
Who It's For
Established service businesses, contractors, manufacturers, professional-service firms, and B2B teams that are already doing enough marketing to know something should be working better.
Especially if you're thinking things like:
- "I have no idea what's actually working."
- "Sales says the leads suck."
- "Why am I paying three agencies and still managing all of them myself?"
- "Do we need more leads, or are we just wasting the ones we already have?"
- "Why does every marketing person give me a different answer?"
If any of those sound familiar, there's probably something useful to find.
Who It's Not For
If you have no revenue, no customers, no offer, and no idea what business you want to start yet, this probably isn't the right call. Same if you're shopping for the cheapest logo in town. Or if what you really want is someone to tell you your existing plan is perfect. We don't know how to do that last one.
The audit works best when there's a real business, real activity, real numbers, and a real question: why isn't this producing what it should?
Don't Take Our Word For It
The Track Record Behind the Audit
The point of this section is simple: the audit isn't built on theory. It comes from looking at real businesses, real campaigns, real lead flow, real sales processes, and real revenue.
What You Walk Away With
Whether or Not You Ever Hire Us.
The Growth Lock™, Named
We identify the primary constraint keeping effort from turning into the result you expect. That might be:
- A Follow-Up Lock
- An Alignment Lock
- A Conversion Lock
- A Measurement & Tools Lock
- A Journey Lock
Or something specific inside one of those. The important part is this: we don't start by deciding what we want to sell you. We start by finding the thing closest to revenue that is actually getting in the way.
A Vendor Read
Which vendors and channels are pulling their weight? Which ones are doing perfectly good work? Which ones are measuring themselves on numbers that don't connect to revenue? Which gaps belong to nobody?
Bring the reports. We'll translate them into English.
If your current vendor is doing good work, we'll tell you. That should not be controversial.
A First-Moves Plan
You'll leave knowing what should happen first. Not the 27 things your business could theoretically improve. The first moves. Sequenced by impact and payback.
Because owners do not need another 86-slide strategy deck explaining every possible thing they could do someday. They need to know: what do we fix next?
Findings You Keep
The diagnosis is yours. Take it to your team. Take it to your current agency. Take it to your sales manager. Take it to the kitchen table and stare at it over cold coffee.
You do not have to hire Growth Keys™ to use it. Plenty of businesses can fix the first problem internally once they finally know what the problem is. We're weirdly fine with that.
Where the Diagnosis Points
See the System. Find the Lock. Fix the Right Thing First.
The Growth Lock™ Audit is the first step in the same process we use across Growth Keys™ engagements.
First, we see the system. We look at the path from attention to revenue.
Then we find the Growth Lock™ — the constraint stopping that system from producing what it should.
Then we fix the right thing first. If more visibility is the answer, great. If better lead follow-up is the answer, great. If the website is the problem, we'll say so. If the website is fine and rebuilding it would be a complete waste of money, we'll say that too.
The KeyCode System™ comes after the diagnosis, because the right system starts with the right problem.
FAQ
Fair question. "Free audit" is one of marketing's favorite Trojan horses. Here's the difference: the findings are complete and useful on their own. We don't show you half the problem and hide the solution behind a contract.
Yes, if we see a fit, we'll explain what working together could look like. But that comes after the diagnosis. Not instead of it.
Ideally:
- Analytics or reports
- Ad-account data
- CRM numbers
- Vendor reports
- Leads per month
- Close rate
- Average job or deal size
- Anything else you already use to judge performance
Don't have all of that organized? Come anyway. Disorganized data is a finding, not a disqualification.
Plan for about an hour. Some businesses are straightforward. Some have six vendors, four dashboards, three CRMs, and one spreadsheet everybody is afraid to touch. Those can take a little longer.
We'd rather finish the diagnosis than protect a calendar block.
Even better. Bring their reports. If they're doing good work, we'll tell you. If the issue is somewhere else in the system, that matters. If they're not doing good work, we'll show you why using your own numbers.
Either way, you leave knowing instead of wondering.
No. That would defeat the point.
Sometimes the business needs more visibility. Sometimes it needs better conversion. Sometimes leads are already coming in and the real problem is what happens afterward. Sometimes the best first move has nothing to do with buying another click.
We diagnose first. Then recommend.
